Anton Venter

Snr. Projects Manager

Engineer to Contract


Anton has an extensive Leadership and Service Delivery background, a solid track record and is a Chartered Professional Engineer. 


He studied Mechanical Engineering at the North-West University in South Africa and obtained his first Bachelors degree in 2010. He then complemented his mechanical knowledge and experience with Electrical Engineering and obtained Government Certification through the South African Department of Minerals and Resources.


In 2015 he completed his internationally accredited MBA (NZQA L9) and delivered a published dissertation on “The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Business Success in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises”. 


Working for 4 years in the FMCG Industry he developed Asset Management strategies and introduced enhanced reliability to some of New Zealand’s dairy processing facilities. He obtained certification as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional in 2017 (ANSI). 


He has held multiple senior leadership positions in complex environments, including Fonterra and most recently at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, where he was the General Manager for Facilities, Engineering and Asset Management (incl. Major Capital Projects and Property Management). His responsibilities included a ~$32m OPEX budget, a ~680m CAPEX budget over 4 years, and oversaw ~$1.5b worth of assets across 22 sites in South Auckland, in addition to 110 FTEs and 120+ contractors.


Anton is now involved in delivering Property, Infrastructure, and Remediation Solutions that enable improvements to service delivery and overall business function across multiple sectors, including:

  • Healthcare facilities
  • Council and Education Projects
  • Manufacturing & Processing Industries


 

Alida Venter

Alida is your ideal Project Manager for small - medium sized projects in ECE, Primary and Special Ed. schools that may even require user interfacing and implementation in live environments. Having worked as a teacher in ECE and primary schools with special needs, Alida has developed a passion for helping create fit for purpose spaces and facilities for people with disabilities and special needs.


Alida is very energetic and compassionate, a pair of safe hands you can trust to get it done. 


Alida has a degree in Primary Teaching and complimented the teaching background with Prince2 Practitioner and hands on Project Management experience. She has also played an important role developing the FERS Ltd PM Delivery Process. 


Alida hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Waikato University and is a member of PMI

Gerhard Van Eeden

Industrial Engineer


Gerhard brings 20 years experience in building and developing Engineering Infrastructure Gerhard is the person who oversees complex infrastructure projects on the ground. Gerhard has spent years building electrical substations and mechanical plantrooms. He now offers his technical expertise to the healthcare sector.


He has held various leadership positions in Engineering and Operations management before moving into Project Management. G delivered large projects related to Hydro Power stations, Shopping centres, HVAC and Electrical infrastructure.


Gerhard holds qualifications in both Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and is currently completing his PMP.


Rohan Stephen

Rohan is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, and capital works projects across New Zealand and internationally. He brings a strong, well‑rounded perspective gained from contractor, consultancy, and client‑side roles, enabling him to manage projects holistically from early planning through to handover and close‑out.


Rohan has a proven track record of successfully managing multi‑disciplinary project teams, controlling budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard of quality. He has worked on and completed projects for Justice, Corrections, Councils and NZTA and Healthcare.


Rohan is a PMI member and holds the following qualifications;  

- Bachelor of Engineering, Civil Engineering

- Graduate Diploma, Construction Management

- Graduate Certificate, Information Technology


Johan Oosthuizen

Engineering Projects Manager

Industrial Engineer


With ample experience in both the mechanical and electrical engineering industry, Johan has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and understanding of what it takes to complete a project without sacrificing quality and safety. Johan brings to our team qualifications and a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure. He also holds registrations in High Voltage electrical systems.  


From previous leadership roles with experience interacting with senior leadership and stakeholders, Johan has a well-developed skill working with people, understanding sponsor and stakeholder requirements on a project and delivering quality outcomes. Johan strives to always meet the customer’s needs.  


Johan now offers his technical expertise to Councils, Education and the Healthcare Sector.


Jacques Britz

With strong commercial acumen and a dependable, collaborative leadership style, Jacques excels at strategic planning, governance, and risk management. He is particularly skilled at problem solving and risk mitigation in complex landscapes with multiple stakeholders, administering contracts, and implementing robust risk and cost management frameworks.


Jacques has been involved in projects across Corrections and Justice, Education, Healthcare, Councils and Commercial such as Silky Otter and Westfield outlets. Jacques has a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional project teams, initiating, scoping, planning, procurement, design, cost, risk, scheduling, quality, safety, and handover. Jacques delivers projects on time, under budget, safely, compliantly, and to with quality which exceeds expectations. 


His qualifications include;

Chester Buller

Education and Healthcare 


With more than 40 years’ experience, including more than 10 of those years in the Healthcare sector. Chester brings an enormous amount of ALL ROUND experience to the team with very valuable knowledge of the Healthcare and Education industry facilities and infrastructure and the operational requirements around them. 

Chester has been involved with projects from master planning, Business case stage through to delivering the complete solution and Universities and Hospitals.


Chester has a solid background in Major Capital works and he is highly competent helping clients understand project issues and challenges. Chester takes a very practical and logical approach to solving problems. Chester lead projects at Hospitals and University. In both these environments Chester was faced with keeping the facilities and infrastructure operational while implementing a new, sustainable solution.



Peter Simcock

Projects Advisor

Systems and Quality Management


Peter has over 40 years experience as a civil engineer, working on a wide variety of large and complex infrastructure projects. Since retiring, Peter has undertaken assignments to support project teams delivering infrastructure projects for a major hospital in South Auckland. 


Peter spent almost nine years in senior positions in Waka Kotahi (NZTA) leading a team of project managers delivering highway projects across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. These included the Waikato Expressway, where he was closely involved through the investigation and delivery stages for all of the sections and a large highway project in the Waikato, where he is based.


Some of Peter’s skills include;

Administering contracts for construction and professional services.

Construction monitoring, with a focus on quality assurance.

Reviewing and providing guidance on project scope and standards, with the aim of attaining appropriate solutions.

Tender evaluation and support for procurement of professional services and construction contracts.

Reviewing technical reports.


Peter's qualifications include;

BSc. Civil Engineering

Chartered Civil Engineer (UK) from 1983 until retirement in 2018

Chartered Professional Engineer (NZ) from 2010 until 2016
